T-Shirts Fusing is an ideal heat press printing solution for doing one-off pieces or small and major batches. This process requires the use of transfer paper to make the designs. The designs are then transmitted to the t-shirt utilizing heat and pressure. In most cases, vinyl is used as the medium for transfer paper. It consists of an adhesive material on one side and strippable tape on the other side. After the design has been printed out and heat pressed to the t-shirt, the tape is held and the paper is stripped off leaving only the design.
