Garment Printing Machine
Garment Printing also known as fabric fusing is the process of fixing a fusible interlining with the outer fabric through the application of pressure and heat. So what happens in this process? The interlining and the outer fabric composite are heated up to a definite temperature (so that the adhesive extends glue line temperature) as recommended by the manufacturer (depending upon the melting point of adhesive used in the coating). After a few seconds, when the adhesive turns into plastic, it is enforced inside the fabric texture by applying pressure. After the completion of fusing, the composite gradually cooled down to convert the plastic adhesive into its original solid state to form a strong bonding.
At MS Machinery, the Garment Printing Machine is available in both manual and pneumatic options to cater to different production needs. The machine comes in various sizes, including “3×4”, “6×6”, “10×10”, “10×12”, “15×15”, “16×20”, “20×24”, “20×30”, “26×36”, “30×40”, “36×42”, “40×50”, and “40×60” inches. Moreover, MS Machinery offers customization options, allowing clients to request specific sizes to meet their unique requirements.
